The first step towards Permanent Residency in Paraguay is Temporary Residency. This allows access the Cedula for 2 years
Our total fees rom the preparations of documents in your home country to the granting of the Cedula are $2000 USD for one person. All our fees are discounted as group size increases.
The only costs involved that are not included are for documents that you apply for in your home country.
Permanent Residency is just that! Permanent! It allows access to the Cedula Paraguaya, this time renewing in 10 year intervals. When this expires, you don’t have re-apply for residency, just for card renewal.
Total fees for the transfer to Permanent Residency and renewal of Cedula are $2000 for one person. These are also discounted as group size increases.
After 3 years of Permanent Residency, you may apply for Paraguayan Citizenship.

So properties are sold by owners, usually through a whole string of “commissioners” people who networked to supposedly help connect the buyer and the seller. Some of these people have businesses that operate and look like real estate agents, with marketing and branding and all. But in the end, it’s a bit like the wild west, with each man seeking for his own gain, and many will tell you whatever spin they think will get you to close the sale.
